Pelanchos's is the best restaurant in Middlesboro and my favorite Mexican restaurant on the planet. I eat Mexican in almost every town I spend any time in and so far, no one beats their food and service. Their servers are top notch and are always willing to go the extra mile for their customers. The owner, Mario, is usually always there and is always super nice and always has a smile on his face. If you haven't, try it out and thank me later. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
