Great place to go. Staff was very helpful guiding to the perfect Bagel Sandwich. Must go while in Jackson area! Well done to the entire team there.

Bagels and cream cheese are good. They do not toast them, though, which is different. I went in at 3pm exactly to get a gift card and they told me that were closed and could not sell me the gift card. I inquired what time they closed and they said 3 and I asked why they wouldn't sell me the gift card, to which they said sorry. I'm a local and they lost a customer doing this. It was clear they cared more about getting out of there and counting the drawer than the sale or customer service.
Edit- My apologies for not including every detail to understand fully my frustration. I made it in the door before 3. By the time I was acknowledged, behind someone that seemed to be a friend of the cashier who was chit chatting for a few minutes, it was 3pm. If they had closed the drawer, it was before closing time as I was standing in the store for a few minutes. The point is you closed early. Apology or not, don't list the business hours as 3pm if you don't stay open until 3pm. If a door is open, and a person comes in for business before closing time, it would be nice to be served. A simple note on the door that you had decided to close early for whatever reason would help with the confusion and frustration. I reiterate that the response clearly shows they don't really care about the customer.

Cant go there enough. Great coffee, great bagel samdwiches, smoothies and the best view of river. We sit there sooo long when we're there, a zen place.....excrpt last summer when a moose and her baby came galloping through outside eating area! That was crazy.
Don’t waste your money coming here, the bagels are awful. They don’t even toast them and they are stale. The sandwiches are already pre-made sitting in a warmer- not even fresh and the egg looks like a frozen patty. Also ridiculous prices for pre-made & stale food.
Hello bagel lovers. I am from long island NY. Land of the best bagels ever. Pearl st bagels in Wilson WY were good. We got there at 1 pm Sunday mid July. Busy, but not crazy. Plenty of places to park. I really like their coffee the best! It was smooth and hot. I got the local blend. Outdoor seating next to the fish creek is a must. So pretty. They did not toast our bagels, I guess they don't do that.
Incredible selection of fresh baked bagels, coffee, cream cheeses, and bagel sandwiches. Gorgeous outdoor area for seating on the river. Make sure you plan on eating lunch or breakfast here at least once while visiting. 🥰
What a great shop! The staff is friendly, the sandwiches are good, and they clearly take pride in the food they make. Great for a sandwich to go for that hike, to take on your ski day, or just to enjoy in/around Jackson.
Great spot for some local bagels and schmear. gotta be one of the best bagels i have as not on the east coast so if you’re into bagels, don’t sit on it — go get yourself one… or two 👀

I am from out of town and enjoyed their service. My family appreciated thwir hospitality and the bagels are impressive.
The picnic tables behind the shop is perfect. We dined with our coffee and bagels by the river. It was serene and picture perfect. Thank you!
