This food stand provides the heartiest baked potatoes/sweet potatoes that I know of in Puerto Rico, along with a large array of added ingredients that makes a hamburger look like a side dish.
More often than not just buying one potato will be enough to provide about 2 servings as they are big and well cooked, complimented with their signature drink it will keep you well fed for a long while.
For sweet potatoes, they are limited and it is very likely they will be out of stock in the first few hours when they open, so it is best to order them as soon as they open.
I suggest that you order from them via a phone call as it takes time to prepare their potatoes (they get plenty of customers at around lunchtime), so you don't need to wait that long once you arrive at the their food stand.
The only negative thing I can review from here is that it has poor shading (they use a small car tent for shading) and that is located next on the side street which provide limited parking.
All in all a great place to have some awesome baked potatoes if you happen to be nearby and I recommend it to try it at least once.
