I really like this restaurant the service is amazing. The staff is really friendly, quite welcoming and they have a nice lovely desserts. However I had a salad called Malta Falcon which has chicken and I thought the chicken was too dry and it wasn’t fresh but other food was good I really like the place and I hope that they should add freshly cooked chicken Because it was definitely not fresh and had very dry chicken but overall it’s such a lovely place. I like the atmosphere there as it's next to the sea and it's quite peaceful considering it's next to Gzira, but on Manoel Island. The food is fresh and the service is quick. We had breakfast and I opted for vegeterian breakfast. I was impressed with the vegeterian sausage as it was delicious. We sat outside and allowed us to have our small dog with us. Very disappointed,we ordered a table for 6 ppl, the table was inside near the window, at that time while seated the sun was very strong and we couldn't resist the sun shade. Asked the waiter if another table is available!!! The waiter informed us there are no tables available at that time🥵🤐. The waiter tried to do here upmost and open the umbrella 🏖️ outside to try to make some shade. Well done to the waiter 🙏. I suggest is that at least the window glass will be covered with UVB sun ray these don't cost a lot of money and the costume will be more satisfying 😉. With regards to the food, we ordered 3 starters to share and only 2 were delivered to our table🤐🙄, we asked the waiter to proceed with the main course, thus one of the item wasn't the same as we ordered 🫣🫣🫣 so we had to wait unit all of us were served with food. I know that restaurants on Sunday lunch are very busy, but pls ensure that at least provide a proper atmosphere and good service. I’ve been before to this summery restaurant- it’s big outside seating area is ideal for big groups gathering. The serving staff were quite busy on the night I was there and they were just about coping- good job but not energetic enough to add any particular oomph. Food selection is run of the mill and presentation and end result is not impressive. It works if you’re not fussy and you want to meet with a large group of friends or family, but nothing special really. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

Start with good points: Food was served with full portions, I saw in that in the pasta and pizza plates is a lot of food. Negatives: they took so long to take order and then even longer to bring the plates. Food was ok but price vs quality ration was not good at all. Quite expensive for the place. Great place to enjoy a cold drink after a walk. Right beside the pier. The menu is very extensive. You can almost get everything there. So...some dishes are a hit and some ar e misses. I went there 3 times and my highlights were Shellshock (a seafood plate with everything), the meg (fish and chips) and breakfest sandwitches. And they have a separate menu with cakes (pistachio is a great option). There are many places around to eat but if you can't decide what you want then this place is the best option. Just sit down and the menu will speak to you.
