I went at 7:45pm and it was closed. The hours say until 9pm on Friday nights, it’s frustrating to make the drive there when it should be open and it’s not.
I usually don’t like leaving reviews but this situation definitely warrants it.
We could not get a hold of the store so I decided to drop by after my kids insisted, I was a little shocked by the music being played loudly but decided to proceed. The young man with blonde hair and gold chains was very rude but I made the order anyway “my kids wanted pizza” I made the order with cash and the young man gave me change, he then proceeded to make my order with the same gloves he just handled cash and coins with. I said he needed to remake my order with fresh gloves and throw away the contaminated ingredients, I didn’t think that was a unusual request post Covid and all, the young man was very rude once again so I told him to refund my money.
Please be very cautious if you risk eating here the environment is awful and the staff are definitely not following health code standards.

It's 8:45 pm on a Saturday and they locked the door. Two employees inside and they didn't even care about looking at me while I was knocking at the window. I wasn't the only one with this problem as I saw somebody else trying to pulled the locked door and took a picture of the closing time, which is 9 pm on Saturdays.

Every time I order pick up online from this store they screw it up, it’s like they don’t even pay any attention to what’s on the order, not only that they have zero good customer service I absolutely can’t stand ordering from this store

I used to love Papa Murphy's, but not so much lately. The pepperoni pizza I recently got had less pepperoni than it used to. The garlic cheesy bread, which became just cheesy bread some years ago, is now garlic monkey bread. It's not as good as the cheesy bread was, nor do you get as much, and you pay $1 more for it. Then, PM asks you to pre-tip, which I hate. Tips SHOULD NOT be requested before the employees actually do anything. What if the service is poor? And the way PM does it for online orders is downright dishonest, where they tack on a 15% tip by default, without a clear way of doing no tip. Unfortunately, if you want take and bake pizza, there's only one option here.
There is another location a little closer to me but it is worth the extra drive for this location. I always order online and the pizzas are always ready when I get there and even when I’m early. The employees are always so nice and will greet you right away, even when in the middle of making a pizza. I love Papa Murphy’s because pizza is always better straight out of the oven. You never have to worry about cold/dry pizza. Their 5-cheese bread is the best.
