Do not be fooled by the 7:30 pm close time. I BET THOSE MFERS LOCK UP 30 MINUTES EARLY because they just don’t care about customers who want a pizza later at night, like their competitors Pizza Hut and Domino’s do. I got there at 7:25 pm, 5 minutes before a 7:30 pm close, and the door was locked and the lights were off. Oh, and if you would like to order ahead by calling in, which is a nice convenience, they will ALMOST NEVER PICK UP THE FVCKING PHONE! This Papa Murphy’s is going downhill fast. And you know what I did the night that I wanted a pizza at 7:25 pm? I drove my ash over to the other Plymouth Papa Murphy’s by HyVee, which was open until 8 pm, and walked into an open store and ordered a bloody pizza!

I’ve had better from other locations, but it wasn’t bad. The girl at the register was sweet, but there were men yelling in the back so loudly that I could hardly hear her. Definitely a little off-putting. I’m giving them the benefit of the doubt since the game was on at that time so maybe that’s what they were yelling about lol. They put random Canadian bacon on my pizza even though I didn’t order it.
We really like papa murphys in Maple Grove. I accidentally ordered from her ( Nathan Lane plymouth) and canceled the order within a minute, realizing I ordered from the wrong location in plymouth.
They still charged me $27, and after calling and calling leaving messages, I guess the manager or owner or whoever is okay stealing money that rightfully isn't there's. I never got their product and they don't want to refund my money. This was a month ago. Refunds are usually within a few days.
I added and paid for extra cheese because they are SO stingy with cheese. I think there was less than usual, if that's possible. Liking this location less every visit.
We love Papa Murphy's and this was the location closest to our home when we moved. We've basically stopped eating Papa Murphy's (were having it approx. once a week before) because we've been burned by this location so many times. We have had issues ordering online and having the order be incorrect, as well as ordering in the store - usually toppings are incorrect. The last time we visited, we ordered a thin crust pizza and once it was in the oven we realized it was a regular/thicker crust pizza. I called the location to see if I could return this and pick up the thin-crust pizza I had ordered. A teenage employee answered the phone, said about 3 words and hung up. I arrived to pick up the new pizza and none of the employees said anything, let alone an apology. I get it's just pizza, but we are currently searching for a new Papa Murphy's location that puts more care into their work as we used to be such regular customers.
Just had the Papa's combo on thin crust. Ah-mazing!! We were politely greeted at the door, our order was processed quickly (you can call ahead or online) . The staff was friendly and professional. The best part is the pizza, of course! It tasted extra good. Highly recommend!
If I could, I would give it 0 stars. I used to really like going to this location. The staff was very kind, helpful, and fast and the person working the register always knew my order. I was told that this location was recently bought and now the people there on Tuesdays are rude and slow. The new owner and son (I believe) have an attitude and all they care about is ensuring they charge people for anything and everything extra. I've been going to this location for many years, but even though it is the most convenient I will be going to a different location. I even went in several different times since the new owner to see if things had improved, but nope nothing has improved.
