i worked here so i can give an interesting point of view. for starters this is probably one of the cleanest stores in the high desert. all the managers know what they are doing and have been working here for a long time. angel, the head manager here can run that place alone, practically blind folded with her hands tied behind her back. so therefore i feel a little bad for whoever takes her place when she decides to leave for a higher paying job. it would be more than fair to say all the mangers here deserve a BIG pay raise. this papa johns even has a world class box folder here who folds almost all the boxes here and hes practically holding the world record for pizza box folding. the only negative thing i would want to say is i have respect for this person but he needs to grow as a person and learn to respect people in general. NICK who is a driver, drives the gray/silver F150 he shouldn't be working for the public especially in food service. dont mean to throw him under the bus but the wheels are turning. Not to bad, we don't usually get pizza from here but took a chance and was not disappointed. My youngest really loved the triple bacon pizza she couldn't get enough. I got the bacon jalapeño poppers as well and they were pretty well balanced in flavor. I would recommend this location to pizza lovers in the area, thank you Papa John's.

Were usually very happy woth Papa John's but this time We ordered 2 carry out 1 was stuffed crust and 2 toppings. They hardly out any onions and some of the mushrooms tastes spoiled. I ordered pizza at 10:30 am with a cash payment. They called and said they could not accept cash until after one, even if did not need change. The person on the phone could not provide an explanation for what the difference is between now and in a couple of hours. This is the second time I have had my order cancelled. First time they could not bring it until after one pm. Service: 1

I usually don’t review Pizza Places lol, but there was a worker named “Zack” and he was just very friendly and super exceptional when it came to ordering my order. I have never been treated so well when ordering a Pizza before. Zack … You are the man and you are a great example of customer service! Papa John's was pretty busy when we placed our ordered and when we picked it up. Our order was ready within the approximate time they told us, and was what we ordered. The pizza was tasty, but the sauce was very light. I would have liked it better if there had been more sauce.

Tonight I experienced the worst customer service there ever, one of their employees had a really horrible attitude and when I asked her who their manager was she refused to make the order. She said the manager's name was Angel, after she told me the manager's name she said I am not going to make you the order and if you're going to wait there you're going to wait forever. They need to check up on there employees and see how they treat customers. I will never go back to that Papa John's and I will make sure that I tell my family members and relatives to never go there ever again.

Worst service I ever had from a pizza place. Driver was 30 min late. When we called to check on our order the girl that answered the phone was so rude I almost told her to take her pizza and shove it. She tried to give us the excuse that we are in the far end of their delivery area. When the driver showed up his first words were "sorry I'm late but they had me do another delivery on the way here". So little girl in the office if you are going to make up lies at least make sure your drivers are on board with your B.S. Driver I'd rate a 10. Honest and very friendly when I mentioned to girl being rude his response was "oh yeah I know who you talking about" I never gave him her name... .as for the rest of the crew they need to go back to training. To top everything off called to complain about the girl being rude and after asking for a manager was placed on permanent disregard and sat on hold for more than 10 min. Hung up before getting a manager tired of waiting.
