A hidden gem! The interior of the restaurant is so surprising and delightful when you enter. We ate near the fireplace. We started with their house salad and homemade crusty warm bread - great beginning! Husband had Chicken Parmigiana and I had Chicken Chantel - both were truly delicious. Excellent service. It's FINALLY good..no GREAT, to see a server take such pride in his work. Paul was absolutely, positively phenomenal! HE is what is missing in our current restaurant industry....so many servers nowadays are order takers NOT servers. Spot on with our order with a quick wit and a smile...THATS Paul! Kudos!! It's a nice restaurant and I wish there was something stellar to write about because I enjoyed the atmosphere, the cocktails, and the service. It felt like the menu needed a little tweaking. The appetizers were heavy and I felt if they were brighter and sharper, then they'd contrast more and support the also heavy dinner. The interior feels a little dated, and I wished there was the slightest amount of music to brighten up the serious atmosphere. Service is impeccable. The staff is attentive and friendly. Now that I know the menu better, I'll come back and try organizing my meal with more high and low flavors and textures.
