Placed on online order for delivery. Two items were missing. Called and spoke to a manager to have the two items removed from my ticket for a refund. Told me they could not do that that over the phone and that I would have to come to the restaurant? Why place an online order if you have to go to the place of business? Also, did not offer to have the missing items delivered. I never leave negative reviews, but I am appalled at the level of customer service. Service: 1
