All the stuff were rude. All the stuff were acting like they were doing me a big favor. I placed 2 orders of cream of broccoli soup which came with bread, soup wasn’t hot and bread was cold. Tables weren’t cleaned after customers left. I was very disappointed. Located in part of Long Island, store was unexpectedly very disappointing. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Always like Panera but this is the 2nd time having an issue at this place. First time we got the wrong order & had to drive back and the manager gave us a few pastries for the trouble. This time however another couple took our order immediately after it was ready & we had to wait and they only apologized but did nothing! Panera needs to adjust their system for customers grabbing orders that are ready. It’s ridiculous how many times I’ve seen issues like this & they keep the same bad system in place. I’d rather go to a deli for the money anyway.
