Unbelievably rude people at the counter, went to grab a coffee saw that they had changed the system where you had to go to the counter to get cups after paying at the kiosk.. went up there to ask for a mug and was given intense attitude because I didn't tell them immediately small medium or large. Plenty of other places with better food and better coffee and friendlier people... this place is a real stinker the last couple of times that I have come. If you're going to change the way you do things, you can't get pissed because customers have to figure out your new system.. I hope you go bankrupt! Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The service here has gone into the ground here. Besides the kitchen staff being nice, the front cashiers always seem like they're annoyed to be there. Today we ordered sip club coffees for my husband to bring into work. He just made it on the dot getting to work, because they can't even pour coffee, you have to get it yourself. Not an issue if they actually filled the hazelnut coffee. But It was empty. Also 90% of the time so is the almond milk. So he just grabbed 2 regular blends and had to go. The cashier was interrupting him as he was trying to let her know it was empty. Not a sorry, or a thanks for telling me. It's 7:50am and you don't have a drop of hazelnut coffee. This place has become so inconvenient lately when you're in a hurry. Still no vegan food options. Still have glyphosate in their bakery items. It's time to cancel our memberships and go elsewhere.
