This is just about the only place in that part of Riverhead to get actually healthy food served fast. We like the combo of 1/2 each soup, salad, sandwich - choose 2. Quality of food is high. Good bread, ripe avocados, generous but not huge amounts. Menu is confusing, atmosphere is busy but relaxed. $40 for two orders of combo, 2 iced teas plus tax. The garbage outside was overflowing on the ground right at the front door, inside no one greets you or even acknowledges your presence, the service is slow, there were crumb and schmears on every seat and table…idk if I can come back, feels dirty and gross honestly… Service Take out Meal type Breakfast

How does a Panera at 5pm on a Friday run out of its green blend and avocado??My green goddess salad was made with only arugula and hardly filled a whole bowl serving halfway. I walked in to Panera Bread, and I wanted to order. As I was waiting online to receive my order I noticed a manager mentally abusing her employee. She was screaming at her, the sweet ladies name is Cecilia, and Nancy very nastily abusing her. I felt bad for Cecilia. I speak Spanish and I know for a fact that this type of abuse is uncalled for!!!! I wouldn't want my own Mother being treated like that. I felt sick to my stomach and left Panera Bread located in the Smith Haven mall shopping center with out even touching the food. I just walked out. There's no official language of the United States of America, someone please speak to Nancy. Ordered a small lobster roll. The small one was posted at 15.00 The large one was around 25.00. The girl said sorry, it only comes in one size. Ok.. The one size turned out to be the large one. One of the worst lobster rolls I've had. They cut up some lobster and added mayo. I ordered a half southwest salad. I was so excited to have it again because they stopped it for a while. I would usually have the bowl full, but not today.
