Don’t waste your time, the food is not great, staff is not welcoming, and it is extremely expensive. Coffee creamers not filled, tables dirty. Panera as a whole used to be great and someplace I looked forward to eating. Not any more, I will choose someplace else in the future. I ordered on the app for a drive thru pickup. The drive thru was inaccessible due to a semi truck so I had to go in andnget my order. Got home and all the food was placed on top of the pizza. The sandwiches were made in a sloppily. The employees seemed very nice but the execution of thebfood was a bit poor and I'm disappointed because i drove 40 minutes to get there and an hour to get home with traffic. It's a good location to be at. However ordering online is disappointing because the kitchen staff Never puts rapid order pickups in the rapid order box. It's pretty lazy. I have to go to the counter every time to get my rapid pickup orders. It's pointless. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
