Always good food, and staff is plenty friendly, nothing bad to say about panela! They had a birria quesadilla which was surprisingly good, whenever I stop by I’ll have to try it again. We sat for ages without anyone checking on our family. Water glasses empty, beer and margarita glasses empty. We would have ordered more (only ordered 1) but by the time someone checked on us we were finished with food and ready to leave. The most annoying part was seeing so many people who worked there standing around. Check on your customers! This is a beautiful resort but service is definitely lacking.
