I was craving Chinese and the app was not working the best but they were still able to help. Issa was a good guy and helped make my experience better the place was clean and people were helpful. My wife and I ordered food to go. We got home and I ate all of mine and my wife did not eat all of hers due to finding a piece of of hard scrub brush/dishwashing scrub sponge in her food that she bit down on. I asked for a full refund and was told “I will refund your plate” and not the full order.still waiting on the refund for the plate…. I’d give them zero stars if I could. Just give me and my family the refund for the whole meal for all the trouble and inconvenience this caused and we would let it go and move on. No refund for entire meal, unhappy customers. The food here was fantastic and the service was exceptional! I hope I am spelling the name properly but we had such lovely service from Yulissa.
