This was really tasty Mexican food! Panchito's is located inside a gas station, and so right off the bat I had set my expectations accordingly! However, I was with a couple of locals with local knowledge. Sure enough, I was quite impressed. I had the carne asada enchiladas, and I received a flavor profile I've never had in Mexican food. Obviously I've been going to the wrong places. The service and atmosphere are what you'd expect inside a gas station, but go for the food.
