Went to try it out as we wanted to have some breakfast went to the place and there was only 2 more couples ahead of us and took them around 10 minutes to just get our coffee I would say that’s the only complaint in terms of food it was good portions size are big for one person.
Kamille was our server, I’ll start by saying she was amazing. We are from Tampa and we traveled with a lot of people! We were so pleased. She was so kind, she translated the menu, told us the best things to order, which by the way is everything and never ever seemed put out. We had so many orders, separate checks, indecisive people and So on. She stayed open for us and did it all with a smile on her face. Gave us recommendations of places to visit! We will be back every day for the rest of our trip, best coffee, waffles, food. Nothing is bad here!!! Don’t miss out this place is a gem!

Our group of 10 stopped in for a Saturday morning breakfast. The wait staff was pleasant and helpful, and the portions were large. I'd recommend going early to get a close parking space. Thank you to Pancake Bistro for a relaxing experience.

This is my first time in PR, the hospitality here is so welcoming. The pancakes extremely fluffy and delicious. Must bring a large appetite, one plate can feed a whole family.

Update 11/24/23 - OMG the Coconut French Toast is AMAZING!
Why did we wait so long! We have driven by many times, usually packed. Today was light at mid-morning and oh my was it great! The lattes were wonderful with a thoughtful surprise added. My turkey/ham omelette was outstanding but the star was my wife’s eggs Benedict, the seasoning on the salmon, the light but delicious sauce, eggs perfect with a light touch of guacamole on tasty brioche - glad she could only eat one leaving one for me! Nelly our server was friendly and fast. Can’t wait to return!!

I have been wanting to go to this place for a while. Sadly to say that it was not really that great. The good es the orange juice and Moca coffee. The scrambled eggs with veggies and dices potatoes were ok, not much flavor. Asked for salt and pepper and they just gave me 1 of each packet, that's cheap. The bad was the pancakes. They were grainy. No maple syrup, just the cheap corn syrup. I have had better pancakes at IHOP, Cracker Barrel (Alabama) and the Coffee Spot that is a little bit down the road. The taste was not worth the price. I'll have my breakfast elsewhere.

The sandwich of ham and cheese with egg on the toasted bread was amazing. I miss it! The coffee was really good, outside of the foam on the top for the design. I could live without it. When I come again I will ask without the design for sure. The sandwich comes with some chips that are not really good, feels pointless. Recommend switching that out for some fries, or even some greens. Staff was excellent. For my gf pancake meal and my sandwich and coffee it was $36 dollars. Not too bad.

Desayuno Pancake
We finally got the opportunity to eat here. It's always busy, but the service and the staff are great! The presentation is fantastic and the food is perfect. We went for breakfast, so I can only speak for the breakfast menu. The eggs were cook to perfection as ordered. The pancakes and waffles are phenomenal. A must visit when in Isabela for a fantastic breakfast!

The place is very cozy, the food and the service is excellent! It exceed my expectations. The waitress was very attentive and friendly and the service was quick. There are several things that do not appear in the menu and you can make changes to what is already there. Breakfast and coffee were super good! 100% recommended!

Well located in the main street of Isabela. They got a lot of options for breakfast. Also they got indoors and outdoors seating. The food presentation was nice but nothing special about the taste. I will return to try something else but for now is average. Early sunday morning (8am) is a good time for visit this place. There were a few people going for breakfast so the parking was not an issue.
