When we arrived at our table ( this was on Halloween) all of the tables were grimy and dirty. The service was terrible. The chef seemed to be under the influence as we asked to speak to him due to allergies. He has slurred speech and was very sloppy. Our waitress was so INCONSIDERATE and was so bothered with us asked questions about the food. It was the absolute worst experience. I believe it’s due to management. We spoke with the manager and even the manager was disgruntled.

My wife and I were hoping to find a place in Pleasanton other than Chili's and Shifters to eat. Outlaw Grill & Bar did not make the cut. Food was ok, service was great, however, the drinks could use more attention. First, there was only one drink menu that consisted of three sheets of paper stapled together. Second, the menu did not say what it all included. I played it safe and got a draft beer, my wife, however, got a cocktail that was watered down. No taste of tequila whatsoever. The place needs to invest in a QR code menu and save the paper and staple.

We ordered the appetizer of chili cheese fries. Let's just say I can cook them better in my microwave. We also ordered bone-in wings that were super dry! Only thing that was good was my daughter's grilled cheese. If you just want a cold draft beer, this is the place to go. Other than that, I wouldn't recommend.

Let’s just say if I wanted a stroke, I would come back here. The burger was so greasy I felt like cholesterol plaque was building up in my arteries as I was eating it. The taste was great but the liters of grease that fell from the burger outweighed the taste. Fries were tasty and service was okay. I loved the atmosphere! This place has great potential but needs a better burger or chef…not sure which one.
