Disclaimer: I am from the east coast and west coast Chinese food does not taste the same to me. I only had their version of the salt & pepper wings and fried rice. Both tasted great. The chicken tasted better and was crispier, to me, than the more popular restaurant frequented by the military. The fried rice was flavorful and a good size for two people to eat. The restaurant was clean but was definitely out dated. Luckily I was there for the food not for interior design.
