Had a taste of On Fire BBQ at Smorgasbord in Prospect Park. And it really is 🔥. I throughly enjoyed delicious brisket ready in just a couple of minutes without the fatty pieces that nobody ever really wants and just enhances flavor in the cooking process. Don’t get me started on the egg in the peppers. Innovative, fun, and worth every dollar.

I had the pleasure of eating lunch at On Fire BBQ during a Rincón a couple years ago. I ordered rice with peas, sweet potato in garlic sauce and rotisserie chicken. It was delicious! Service was great. I will definitely visit during my next trip to PR :-)
So far everything I’ve tried is delicious. Their arroz con gandules, yucca or sweet potato in garlic sauce, and seasoned rotisserie chicken is a must try if you want a taste of a traditional Puerto Rican meal. They’ve recently expanded their menu to include burgers, chicken, and pulled pork sandwiches, as well as, bbq ribs. The pulled pork sandwich was so good. I look forward to trying all the other new items. Their food is also fresh.
