It was crowded, but we got seated quickly. Our server was Lorraine, and she suggested that we sit at a 4-person table for comfort even though there were 2 of us. Food came quickly, and it was 🔥. We went for lunch to soup and salad. The salad was terrible cheap. Iceberg lettuce only 2 olives in the same bowl. It would be nice if they put a better quality. Lettuce in something like romaine instead of the cheapest lettuce on the market plus they raise the price by a dollar. Our breadsticks never came until halfway to the meal. The parking lot needs some attention to trash, diapers, cups.. spread throughout. There was toliet paper on the floor right where people stand to wait & multiple staff walked past it & didn't pick it up, even the manager. We called ahead and only waited about 10 min for a table. The salad tasted good on the top half but the bottom portion was swimming in dressing therefore soggy. It was a very small portion compared to before. I got shrimp scampi which tasted great but about half the size portion then previously. So no to go containers like we usually have. Hubby got chicken/noodle dish he said was good & good size portion. He had a to go container of leftovers. Our waitress was very pleasant and attentive. My experience was very good because my son and parents like Olive garden and we had a very good time. The manager did come over to the table three times which I thought was too much but he really did try to make sure we had a good experience. So overall the management is the best part here. Food was good but Elizabeth the waitress was on the top of her game. Table of 5 and she wrote down nothing. She got everything right including the appetizers & drinks. This was during the dinner rush on a Saturday night.She's is AMAZING, the waitress we wish for everywhere we go. I hope they relize what an asset she truly is. This one is around the Hazleton area, and it's just as good as the others that we've been to. Clean, and the staff was friendly. Our server was top-notch, and the food was delicious.
