We LITERALLY were on our second bite of salad when our pasta was served. This is the second time in as many weeks this has happened at this restaurant. So our food gets cold while we finish our salads. But the most concerning part was the manager’s attitude towards us when we mentioned it on our way out. She blew us off completely and made it clear that our patronage was unimportant. No problem. We can go elsewhere for our weekly lunch out. Whoever was answering calls yesterday should consider another job if they are that unhappy with working there. I tried setting up a reservation on the website and it told me to call in for specific times; the lady on the phone sighed multiple times, directed me to just do it on the website and when I told her it told me to call directly, she sighed once more and then asked me questions for the reservations. Shortly thereafter I cancelled it because if that attitude is present over the phone, I can only imagine it in person. Great way to give your competitors business! Got us seated fast, waiters was right there, she was very nice girl, I think her name was tyranny maybe? She got her food or salad took her order was very pleasant had great suggestions a food came at a decent pace decent time waitress was very attentive and smiling The food was outstanding in the sauces first time I've been there and moves overloaded with sauces it was so awesome I won't say it loaded, massage was loaded just right just a hair left over I don't know if it's a whole new staff or whole new management staff but everybody was on their toes and they were decently busy and the restaurant but everything floats smoothly thank you had a great great time and will be back! We haven't eaten at OG in a long time, but this experience was excellent. We walked right in and were served immediately. Our waitress Elizabeth (Liza A I believe, is what the manager called her since there are 2 of them there) We immediately received our bread sticks and salad. Did u know you could ask for Ranch if u don't like Italian? Who knew 🤔 The food came out as quick as a Mexican restaurant 😉 and ohh my it was delicious I got the fried Lasagna "Fritta" (appetizer) my son had the chicken fettuccine, and hubby had the shrimp ravioli (I believe) I was too busy eating, my mouth watering Lasagna, to pay attention. I highly recommend that if you haven't had Olive Garden in a while, go to the Barboursville location. We stopped late in the evening 9:45pm we inside no one said hello or spoke until we said something, was seated stopped and spoke to friends at the table across from where seated, waited 20 min even turned on the call server button. No one came we left, the lady who had just seated us said have a good night knowing we had not had time to eat.
