I honestly haven't been served by a more friendly, attentive and detail-oriented person in too long to remember. The food was good. The drinks were great but the service put it over the top. I had kind of devalued Olive garden in my mind over the last many years in favor of higher end Italian establishments, but the value and service and quality are going to be extremely hard to beat. Went to visit after lunch but before the dinner rush started. Everyone greeted us with a smile and was pretty outgoing. We had our fill of bread sticks with a side of marinara and I opted for the all you can eat Soup and Salad. That Toscana hits the spot every time! The salad was made perfectly this time around with every ingredient coated in dressing without being soggy or overpowering. The added cheese made it that much better. My friend had Chicken Parm with Spaghetti.... But with mushroom sauce. It was fantastic!! We also had a Strawberry Bellini and a Chocolate Lasagna. Just as good as any other olive garden. Our server was great, and we had a good-sized party. Side note: if anybody important reads this - flavor the broccoli... if you're going to give us the option to add broccoli to a pasta dish, grill it or something. The plain and flavorless boiled broccoli that was added to my pasta was very blah. Boring. It took away from the pasta rather than adding to it. Just saying. We plant people want better broccoli! 😂 all in good fun, but consider grilling it! Love this place,the food, and service just lures us in every weekend. Our favorite is their Chicken Alfredo , but their Spaghetti dish is just as delicious. We went and ordered unlimited soup and salad with the staff not knowing a specific soup was out of stock. Once they brought the salad out and an other soup they assured us more would come, but then when they returned they stated the intended soup was completely out after I’d taken a bite. I stopped eating my salad, and was still charged for the soup & salad, and then changed to only $3 for just the salad I didn’t eat. I never received a refill when my drink was empty and overpaid for a meal I did not eat. In addition after the initial revision, we did not see our server and could not get the chance to speak with anyone else. We showed up there on a whim at 9:20pm, and they closed at 10pm. My kid was hungry, and it was the only place open. They were so nice, told us not to worry about it. Our server was great. She was very attentive and on top of everything. The food was awesome. We don't go there very often only when in the area, we are back so decided to have dinner there tonight. From the hostesses to our waitress everyone was very friendly and efficient. The food was very good and the portions were more than we could eat. Will keep going back when we are here.
