I placed an online order and went to pick it up. It was ready when I arrived. When I got back to work to eat my avocado bowl I open it up and the granola looks like brown sugar. Just pure dust. Kind of like what's left at the bottom of a cereal box. No chunks of granola.. so weird I've never seen granola that looks like that or tastes like that so I called to ask if maybe they accidentally put brown sugar in the bowl or something. When I called and explained the situation to her she said okay.. do you want to come get another one? I said no (I can't leave work again, I only get a 30 minute break) I just wanted to make sure that I didn't get sugar instead of granola and she said you probably just got the crumbs at the bottom... what the heck? why would you give that to someone? I can understand a little bit but this was just straight up crumbs. Not the first time I've had a bad experience here with the quality of the food. Food: 1 Service: 1

First f all the pictures are not matching. This location doses not look like this and the quality of the products coming out of this place are also totally different in a negative way. It is dirty and full of unprofessional young girls. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

There was plastic (from packaging, straw wrappers… we don’t know the source) that made its way into 3 separate smoothies. We drive home, discovered the plastic and threw the smoothies away. Never going back - YUK!

I love this place! I pass 3 tropical smoothie locations on my way home from work but choose to go out of my way to this location because of how well they make their food and smoothies. Highly recommend this location! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
