Lots of things to choose from. I come here specifically because the real pie company in Sacramento offers a selection here. Beats driving up to Sac. The selection was a little limited but I didn’t leave empty handed.
It's a worthwhile ride to come down from Fairfax to the Nugget Market on my bike to have lunch. Employees seem to be pretty happy nice to one another as well as to the customers. I think it's worth everyone to give them a chance to see if they meet your qualifications for a great store
I recently moved to the area so I decided to stop in as it’s close to my home. Upon first entering I was surprised to see so many products compacted in a relatively small space. My first thought was to leave but I’m glad I stayed. They’ve managed to organize seemingly 1,000s of products on just a few shelves. The cost is a bit higher but the quality seems to match. I was asked if I needed help, which I did. One of the employees named Armin was incredibly helpful and patient as I checked through the recipe on my phone to get all the ingredients. He then proceeded to show me around to find the specific items I needed which was surprising and I really appreciated. What stood out to me most was that he and everyone else seemed happy to work there. The cashier was having conversations with customers which made the line go a bit slower but it was nice change as most cashiers look miserable. They also have a deli and some foods they prepare there that I’ll be back to try. It’s quite compact but it’s a nice grocery store with quality items and friendly customer service.
Good soups, excellent sandwiches. Groceries cost way too much, especially since one can get everything of equal or higher quality at many other places nearby for less money. What Nugget Ignacio offers is top quality service. The people there have always been extremely helpful when I've called on the phone with questions or come to the store - far more pleasant experiences than at any of the other local grocery stores ( Except for Costco where the help is also excellent).
I love this store. Every employee is thoughtful, friendly, attentive, and simply has a genuine desire to be there. They are always asking how I'm finding things, how my day is going, if I need help, and just smiling. The stocked items look clean and organized. The produce is fresh, varied, and clean. The seasonal items are great! Meat department counter always looks fantastic! Jason is the best there, he's so much fun to talk to, offers great recommendations on meats and ways to prepare them. The deli sandwiches are delicious! The checkers are so attentive and are quick to open new registers when the lines get more than a couple people long. I appreciate the small home town feel this store has.
Generally speaking, a very nice local market. Good sales identified in their weekly circular. Just got back from their Corte Madera location. Only disappointment...too many sale items sold out within 36 hours of circular without being restocked.
Love the Nugget. Ingredients are always fresh and delicious. Everything is pricey—it’s a bougie neighborhood market, but again, best ingredients. And the people who work here are always friendly and helpful.
Sandwich/deli counter can be hit or miss some days.
Avocados so big the are unnreal. Best apple selection I have ever run across. To expensive to get 5 stars 🤔, it would be nice if we could get these stores in minority communities.
