I my daughter and I walked in to buy three Bundlets for a special occasion. There were three staff members there, and we were the only customers in the store. The store is so small the staff could hear our conversation and would gather that we were trying to pick out the correct flavors for the special occasion. Only one employee said hello not one of them offered to help us I had to ask the guy working there if he was ready to help me. He asked if I was a military teacher. He rang up my bill and said thank you. Didn’t offer to wrap it up for me nothing. When he was done, he leaned against the counter with his arms folded, like he was annoyed to be working. The cakes are glorious. A little pricier than other places around town for what they are, but entirely worth it, in my opinion. My family and I prefer Bundt cakes from Nothing Bundt Cakes for all our birthdays. The workers are always very friendly and the atmosphere is always pleasant and relaxing. I got a gluten-free mini bundt cake. It is absolutely divine! Moist, almost fudgy but in a good way, and also manages to have fluff too. I don’t know how they did it, but this will definitely be my birthday cake every year from now on! And the staff was awesome too.

This was not a good cake. It was over cooked, dense and had a bitter taste. I get a Bundt cake in every city that offers them and this is the only one I have ever thrown away. I’ll try a different location and hope it’s not a San Antonio thing.

The gluten free chocolate chip cake is sooooo good! I have celiac disease and had zero issues. And literally ate half the cake (or more) myself, haha!

Have ordered online and picked up at this location a few times with no issues. Stopped in today to pick up an order meant as a gift for a friend and had to purchase a bundt for us! These cakes are delicious and decadent. Love them. Really enjoy all of flavors. Always so moist and fresh. The staff is friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!
