My daughter and I dined here tonight after attending a dance competition at Woodlands College Park High School right down the street. We came here after reading numerous positive reviews. When we walked in, we were surprised at the ambiance - low lighting and all of the tables were candlelight dining. One of my favorite things about this restaurant was the gentleman playing the piano - simply beautiful live music, which is not something you see everywhere! This would be a perfect date night option. My daughter and I ordered the chicken parmigiana and the Nona’s Favorite (chicken, mushrooms, and artichoke in a lemon and white wine sauce served with fettuccine Alfredo). We ordered mozzarella sticks as an appetizer. They serve complimentary bread as well. Everything was really good! The service was extremely professional as well. Highly recommend!

I normally don't go for restaurants in strip malls, but they had good reviews. Once you step in, you forget where you are, the interior is beautiful. We had lunch and the staff was superb and so was the meal. Hand made dip for bread, crispy lettuce for salad and great tasting entrees.

One of the best Italian restaurants I’ve been to, including some of the ones we’ve been to in New York. Food was fresh, nicely plated, and portions were more than ample. Atmosphere was lovely and waitstaff was great.

Fettuccine Your Way
This is a pleasant Italian restaurant which has a refined atmosphere, food, and overall experience for a high price.
Walking in to the restaurant, the first thing that stuck out to me was the live music playing in the background. I loved the performance and thought it was a perfect fit for the classy atmosphere the restaurant has. You can tell that Nona’s is an expensive establishment (average for Italian food) but in return will have an amazing experience.
After we sat down our waitress Heidi brought us complementary bread and oil, which was a 6/10. I think pouring the oil for us individually on our plates was a nice touch. I wasn’t too fond of the bread, however. The inside was nice and soft, but I wanted the outside to be more firm. The oil was also very nice with an intense garlic flavor, but I think it could have used a pinch more salt.
We ordered some bruschetta for our appetizers after a short wait, and I loved it. The bruschetta was a solid 8.5/10, with the only criticism I have is that the tomatoes didn’t look super fresh.
After another short wait, our entrees came in. We ordered a beef tortellini portobella (6.5/10), beef ravioli fra diavolo (8/10), and Nona’s favorite (7/10) with a side of croquettes (9.5/10). The portion sizes are perfect; not too big so that’s overwhelming, but enough to fill us up. The tortellini portobella was decent, but nothing about the dish stood out specifically. The ravioli was what I ordered and thought it was the best tasting; the beef, tomatoes, and spice came out very well creating a strong dish. I think the Nona’s favorite tasted very good and flavor-wise was an 8/10, but I did not like the presentation. The sauce was too thin, there wasn’t enough color as the entire dish was a pale yellow (with some green cilantro), and the artichoke hearts and mushrooms were stacked on the chicken when I would have liked the dish to be a little more spread out. Finally, the croquettes were amazing. The outside was crispy, and the potatoey goodness on the inside was nice and soft. The only thing lacking was some marinara sauce on the side. Not that the dish was dry, just that I think a little bit of tomato would have gone a long way.
Overall, we had an excellent experience. Heidi was great as our waitress, and our total came out to be ~$110, which is a lot for three people. I don’t know whether I’ll come back here with that price, but I would give Nona’s a recommendation as I enjoyed being here.

Nona's is a quaint Italian restaurant that is absolutely delicious. The atmosphere is fantastic and the food..don't even get me started. The wine list is very well put together. The waiters and waitresses are excellent 👌👌.

I am so disappointed, I had higher expectations for Nona’s since it’s rated well & they just weren’t met. Our service was okay, the server wasn’t very attentive and the bartender refilled our drinks more than our actual server did. The atmosphere was just very simple & plain for the prices on the menu. I’ll give them credit the bruschetta did taste really good, my husband enjoyed his steak and said it was really good. My father in law enjoyed his lasagna as well. The tiramisu was very good. But my dish I just wasn’t the biggest fan of at all. I had the seafood fettuccine, the sauce was super liquidy and just very thin. It didn’t even coat the noodles. The seafood was super chewy it just wasn’t the best. It was not worth $36 I’ll just say that. Overall, I think this one of those places that it has a lot of potential but just needs a-lot of work.

This was a perfect date night atmosphere for my husband and I. The live piano music was a perfect fit and complimented the wind down to our busy lives. We ordered several dishes to try the culinary flavors of the venue. I highly recommend anything that has their marinara involved. The tomato flavor is so rich.

Very nice. Great service and the food was excellent. There were 3 of us. I had the Shrimp Fettuccine Alfredo. My daughter had the Chicken Alfredo and my wife had the Portobello Mushroom Ravioli. We each had the house salad which is not included with your meal but is a nice salad. They have delicious bread and each person gets a plate of dipping oil. There are tables and booths and a bar. There are some tables outside if so inclined but it's a strip mall so the ambiance is a parking lot, much nicer inside. They also have a wine selection. Our waiter was super friendly. The three of us ate for around $126 including the tip without having wine or anything, only waters. We did get the desert too, we chose the carrot cake. Seems like a great place but can be deceiving if you're just some kids looking to grab a bite to eat. A full meal, salad and a drink will run you about $40 per person.
