Really enjoyed stumbling into this place! Not sure whether to call it a coffee shop, a bar, or a diner. Whatever it is has me writing this on my second trip (I was just here last night lol). Enjoyed the coffee drinks at 9pm on a Saturday which happened to be open mic. Great ambience with music. Great customer service. S/o to Chris for making it a pleasant first experience. You may have a 3-peat customer.

I'm not usually a fan of blends, but the Night Owl Roast is one of my favorite to date. Be it in a chemex or through an espresso machine, the extraction consistently strike a balance between well body and low acidity. Cannot recommend them enough! On a customer service front, I greatly appreciate them working with me on replacing some lost in transit coffee. Super reactive to requests and questions, it is clear that this business is someone's passion project.

I would give more stars if I could! First off, the customer service is out of this world - I ordered a mug, book and a bag of Brazil - Usually when I order coffee or find something local here in the PNW, all the flavors are listed on the front and when you make it in the pot it's good but I am always hoping for more flavor, this Brazil blend was a flavor punch! (I didn't even have to add coconut creamer which I usually do) It was DELICIOUS! I can't wait to try all the other blends. Even though they are across the country, they now have a customer for life :)

I bought a small bag of freshly roasted Ethiopian coffee beans from Parliament Coffee Roasters and those were awesome. What makes it more awesome is that the owner is super nice. He was quick in replying to all my emails. I visited his place in Mint Hill and he gave me a few other single origin coffee samples along with my order. He even shared his recipes for Hario v60 and aeropress! Definitely recommended.

By far my favorite coffee around. First time I got it, they were selling it at the merch booth at a BTBAM show I was like, I'll give it a try. Why not, the owner is a master at guitar, maybe he will be a master at roasting. Boy way I correct. I am blown away by how good every single different kind I have gotten is. Nightflyer Roastworks is the only coffee I buy now.

Cool t-shirts for sale. Great selection of in house roasted coffees. Bright and open and airy with lots of light. Nice spot overall. Also, try the Grilled Cheese Board.
