I have been here for half a year now, almost once or twice every week, and it has always been good. But this time, it made me feel that the waiter (as shown in the picture) was aggressive and almost insulting, rolling his eyes at us. I used to work as a waiter for 10 years, but I have never treated any customer like she did, as if the police were angrily scolding the fugitive. The process is as follows: the two of us ordered two dishes, tofu kimchi&traditional teok bok ki. After we finished the first dish (30 minutes+), we called the waiter to confirm if both dishes were already in their system or if they had forgotten my second dish. If it's already done take go.If it's not I pay the bill for one dish. We politely asked when the second dish would be served, but her English was not that good，and she didn't understand our meaning. She repeatedly gave us the first dish, but when we explained what happened, she yelled at us instead, as if we had something wrong, with a very bad attitude. She didn't understand and instead became furious and lectured us, being very aggressive, irritable, and terrifying. She try to call police，but didn’t . And then she talk to other coworker in Korean , I don’t know what they say .that’s fine.We also hoped that the police could handle our case fairly, but they didn't report the police .Finally, she understood that we were ordering the second dish, and then told the kitchen to make our second dish. She took my credit card and paid for three dish, come on,the first dish only ordered once. Her mistake insisted that we pay for it, and her attitude was extremely bad. Hope everyone pays attention! Be careful of being taken away by the police😂😂😂😂👎👎👎👎

Unique dishes & delicious! has large platters for sharing, got 2 large dishes & 2 small ones for 5 people which was perfect. tables have a convenient button to call for a waitress. overall fun vibe, felt like a place I've been to in Korea!

Fantastic option for an enjoyable Friday night when you live in the northern suburbs and simply could not be bothered to make the despondent trek into the city.
Atmosphere is a colorful snippet of Korean culture. Christmas lights, grass walls, quirky industrial drum tables and a projected back wall that features all the popular k-pop bands dancing in head bobbing synchronicity.
The culinary options provide a wonderful variety which range from "midwest safe" foods like fried chicken & truffle fries to actual korean delicacies that people might find quite "adventurous" like silkworm soup. chicken feet or various tripe dishes. But whether you are timid or daring, there is something delicious for everyone here.
Most of the stars belong to the quality of the food, each dish delectable and flavorful. A few lean on to the spicy side, but the kind where you are consistently grabbing for your next bite.
Food recommendations for the timid: Korean market style chicken, seafood pancake, bossam and kimchi fried rice.
Food recommendations for the daring: silkworm soup, sea snail and squid muchim, beef intestine and heart, and gopdoritang.
Pair your delicious meal with one of the many selections of soju. They also do soju cocktail that has an ice cream bar for cutie Instagram pictures. Keep the party going and transfer into one of their karaoke rooms for $30 an hour.
There are no reservations taken so best arrive early if you do not want to wait the potentially long lines and an overly packed parking on the strip plaza. Also note they do not sit you if you don't at least have half of your party already inside the building.
The staff leaves something to be desired, as the front desk area has 5 to 6 workers and do not seem to have the initiative to make contact with guests when they come in. You have to actively flag them down as they tend to avoid eye contact and pretend to be busy when you come forward. Not sure if this is a language barrier or just lack of customer service. During our meal one of the male workers spilled a bottle of beer on our table grabbed a bunch of napkins to wipe and did not even make any comment of apologies. Again, odd, so not sure if it was a language barrier.
Overall very good experience, staff can definitely improve their service but don't let that deter you from trying this establishment.

So this place is an amazing "Pocha" experience! Great social drinking vibe with amazing food. Note that the wait can be 40mins+ and it can get very packed. Now although you might wait a bit, which should give you enough time to have an order in mind, the food comes out super fast once placed. Probably took only 10mins for the food to start coming out.
Highly highly recommend the Tofu Kimchi (which comes with pork belly), Spicy BBQ pork belly w/mozzarella, and the Rose Tteok bok ki.
Definitely what we were looking for and they also have karaoke which we might come back to try.
