THIS IS THEE WORST HAITIAN FOOD RESTAURANT EVER IN HISTORY. THE BLACK RICE WAS FAKE DJON DJON… LI PA BON MEM!!! THE TASSOT AND OXTAIL WAS DISGUSTING AS WELL. THE WHITE RICE NOT GOOD EITHER!!! THEY ALSO GAVE ME SOUP JOUMOU INSTEAD OF THE BOUILLON AS I REQUESTED.
PLEASE SAVE YOUR SELF THE DISAPPOINTMENT AND SAVE YOUR MONEY. THIS IS NOT IT AT ALL!!!

Omg I tried to order some Haitian patties , I was given the hardest time .. I requested 10 chicken and 10 beef , when I requested if they had those combinations the lady responded I DONT KNOW .. I asked her what she meant that she didn’t know , she replied , we mix them I don’t know .. I said would someone in the back know if they can make sure they are separated , the lady replied ,no they won’t know because we mix them lol.. I was so taken by how careless she responded to me , I questioned her , what if I just wanted chicken and no beef ?? She replied “I DONT KNOW “. I said that’s poor business practice because what if I placed an order for chicken paties on Uber ? She replied well I don’t know because they are all mixed .. they just throw it in there .. 😂😩.. these are the reasons people can’t support Haitian businesses .. the lack of simple business sense ..

I would not eat here. I got the griyo which was not great. The food was mediocre at best. The presentation was awful. They included a decent amount of griyo with 4 large fried green plantains and a handful of fried sweet plantain which I neither wanted nor requested - so that was confusing. The service was decent but I won’t be back.

The first thing I did when I got this food was tasted the rice by itself. It was warm, fluffy, fragrant, very tasty on its own. When I topped the rice with the black bean sauce, and the juice from the oxtail, that alone could have been my lunch. It was so good, all of the flavors were there. The oxtail was succulent. Fall off the bone. Soon as I put the bone in my mouth, the meat just came right off with no hesitation. Full blown explosion of flavors in my mouth. First time having Haitian style oxtail, and I absolutely loved it.
