If I could give a zero score I would! Waited for over half an hour for our food as everyone else got theirs who came after, couldn't get a cold drink, the boy at the counter simply said it must be broken if they're warm. Pepsi was warmer than the eggs. Not worth the wait or the money we paid. Cold eggs, undercooked homies and horrible staff. Purchased 2 dozen bagels with 4 different cream cheeses. The bagels are old! So stale. So hard. Spent $70 and now have to apologize to my guest for thanksgiving. Would have taken them back but I drove 30 minutes to get there. Had to go to Hannaford’s and buy theirs. Not good, not worth the money! My husband and I called in an order. Bagel with cream cheese and a sausage egg and cheese on a Bagel. We both got a drink. Almost $18! Website shows bagel and cream cheese is $3.20 we were charged $4.25. Website shows meat egg and cheese on bagel for $4.30 and we were charged $5.89. Bagels were great. But not sure the underhanded overcharging will ever convince us to come back.
