Nostalgic drive-in restaurant with carhops serving your food in the comfort of your car. There are traditional selections of fried foods, burgers, hotdogs, and soda fountain ice cream classics, as well as shrimp, chicken, and pork tenderloin sandwiches. It seemed a bit pricey, but the portions were generous. This is a personal opinion. The location is on a busy street with a median. My ONLY issue was loud cars. Mostly from people driving by with loud mufflers. However, next door there is a Auto Mechanic. Occasionally, loud noises from there. Maybe go when they are not open next door. Hand Spun Milkshakes are amazing. Cheeseburgers are great. Service was outstanding!!! Double Cheeseburger Deluxe, fries and a rootbeer.... a delicious meal that will satisfy your hunger. I topped it off with a hot fudge sundae. We ate in. The waitress was wonderful. She was attentive and such a sweet young lady. The 4 of us had hot dogs 🌭 and foot longs. The meat was tasty, not over salted. Chili was very good. The rolls are steamed just right and hug the dogs with every bite. Fries were tasty! We will be back for shakes. This little place is a GEM! Attitudes can make or break a niche restaurant. Unfortunately we had a sub par waitress. There was no "hop" in this car hop. Maybe others are more cheerful. Regardless the milkshakes were warm. Yes warm. No coolness. Must have been pre-made and sitting on counters a while. Best thing on the menu is the chicken fingers. Hope your food is fresh and car hop happy!
