This good is amazing and love what they serve, there super nice and love the atmosphere. I get the albacore tuna and eel for the lunch special. It's amazing and fresh highly recommend it. I had my doubts when I saw the size of the restaurant, but the chefs and the menu are beyond expectation. The sushi was some of the best I have ever had. The bento box was cooked just right. The only possible thing that could have made it better would be having brown rice available, even though I know that is not traditional. I highly recommend giving Momijia try when you are in Newport. Probably our least favorite stop on this vacation, overall nothing was terrible per say; however nothing was spectacular. I felt like it was very mediocre in terms of flavors etc. The pricing was the best part of this place- so absolutely no complaints there. It doesnt necessarily feel super clean? And the staff sat us, disappeared- showed badk up when they felt like it, were not attentive and didnt ask if we had any questions. No biggie overall just had a lot more personalized meals for our trip then this one. Id probably come back and order the basic rolls for a cheap to go lunch on the beach but that is likely it. The highlight was the shrimp tempura app for us. Really good tempura batter and tasted wonderful. Small and cozy place. Delicious food. I mean not the best I’ve ever visited, but good enough. Will stop by again when I we travel through again. I ordered using the online ordering system and it was pretty easy. I like how they had some pictures that's always helpful when ordering from a new place. I ordered the 2 rolls for $12 and it was a perfect lunch with the miso soup. The soup is so flavorful! I didn't really like the eel sauce it was runny like soy sauce, I have tasted better. Overall though it's a good place for sushi. I like how they text you once your order is ready. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20

Waitstaff was very polite and patient with me! Here on my honeymoon and they were able to deliver to our hotel. Food was delicious and was more than I was expecting to get :) I got the Bento Box #4 and got my Cali Roll Tempura Fried. Service Delivery Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30

My girlfriend and I had a very pleasant experience here. They are one of the few places offering dining in and they have procedures in place for social distancing/covid. Anyhow, I got the two roll lunch special with cucumber salad and miso soup; she got a specialty roll and a poke salad. The waitress was super friendly and nice. The food was all super tasty and aside from one small mishap (one of our rolls got sent to the wrong table), it was a great experience. Would recommend and will definitely be back again!

Slow all you can eat service. Kind staff. Clean restaurant. I would certainly come back if I didn’t do all you can eat. Very good quality and time spent creating each roll. A lot of people order to go, didn’t see one person wait the entire time. All you can eat has a great selection, however they prioritize other tables over you. This is rather shocking when you have restricted food amounts (for instance 2-4 people is 6 items total per order). In our experience there were two other tables in the restaurant, 4 adults/2 infants at one and the other was 5 adults that turned into 7. Our table was 3 adults. Staff was 2 servers and 2 cooks, though it was noon so maybe some were on break. We were told our order would be made after the other two tables, but when a couple came in 20 minutes into their prep, their order was also prioritized over ours. It was hard to see them get appetizers when we also ordered them, and the staff clearly avoided our table. In addition to their soup, the couple got 2 rolls and a bunch of nigiri, they were in for about an hour, so for a normal order it may be totally worth it. We got our food 10 minutes before they left. We waited about 80 minutes to be served our 6 items. Our second round took about 30 minutes but we were the only ones left in the restaurant.

Great food and service. I've had sushi all up and down the western states and this is one of the best I've had. Very satisfied with the portion size as well as the presentation of the food. The tasted are amazing with the unique sauces they top with or put to the side.
