Picked up 4 cupcakes from Old Orchard location. The white chocolate raspberry did not feel or taste freshly baked; more like 2 days old. Very disappointing. The customer service, however, was polite and efficient. Meal type Other Price per person $10–20

I ordered 8 cupcakes through uber eats since I had a coupon and omg are these amazing!!! I've only had 3 of the 8 so far but they are awesomely tasty! I would highly recommend them for a sweet treat. Service Delivery Meal type Other Price per person $10–20

I have never had their treats here due to sensitive teeth but my review will be on the customer service I receive. I deliver for Uber eats and every time I come into Molly’s to pick up a order I’m always greeted by the most nice kind hearted staff. You can tell they are the most genuine people. I always leave super happy because of how nice they are. All of the treats in this store look very tasty and I most definitely recommend this location any time I can.

Wow! That's an understatement. Because this place is beyond good. You haven't had a cupcake till you've tried Molly's. For the first time my family and I decided to go in and try it. And they do not disappoint. You walk in and the staff is friendly the atmosphere is light and fun. The manager Sabrina is exceptional. Not just a hi and bye. Very into engaging with customers and making sure you're happy with what you got. And her kindness to kids and pets. The girls who are behind the counter are very helpful and sweet. Francesca and Michelle made the pick very easy for us with their very amazing selection. All our questions were answered and we never felt rushed. We will be back very soon. Great sweets and phenomenal service! 10 ☆ if I could.

I’ve been a Molly’s Cupcake fan since Day 1! I’ve had my share of cupcakes over the years and Molly’s STILL and (consistently) is my favorite: moist and not too sweet, just right. A lot of very delicious flavors to choose from and you can’t ever go wrong no matter which ones you pick. That being said though, my ultimate fave is their crème brûlée. Peach cobbler comes second and their red velvet by the way, is the best red velvet cupcake around. I am a cheesecake lover and you can’t imagine my delight when I found out they have cheesecakes now too!! They even got the cheesecake game on point. I can’t get enough of Molly’s Cupcake and so thankful when they opened one very close to me in Old Orchard. Their staff are very accommodating, sweet and knowledgeable—icing on the cake!!

i never leave reviews of any place but this mollys cupcakes literally is the best!! i ordered from ACROSS THE COUNTRY for my best friend and they made sure that the bag was BEAUTIFUL!! they checked in when they saw that my order didn't arrive. amazing! i wish i could tip you guys irl!!

Molly's cupcakes are amazing. They have quite an assortment of cupcakes one can get. And they serve them fresh. I would love to visit Molly's if I'm visiting Chicago. The servers are the sweetest people and would even recommend their specials if you get confused (which you will be looking at their great collection). We tried their recommended ones and weren't disappointed at all.

So good had to get one to go! Highly recommend the peach cobbler . Sabrina the manager was fantastic, super kind and kept the line moving swiftly !
