Best pizza in town. The honey wheat original crust is full of flavor. Good balance of crust, sauce, cheese and toppings with the original type crust. The thin and pan are unbalanced, in my opinion. I remember many years ago that Minsky's was my favorite and I hadn't had one for quite some time and I was afraid that maybe they had changed something. Pleasantly surprised to learn that nothing had changed and it was just as good as ever. Love Minsky's! Tremendous pizza and excellent service. Their curbside pick-up is some of the best in the KC Metro. Our favorite is the Jumbo Combo on original wheat crust, and we substitute Canadian bacon for the Italian sausage. Their Chicken Cordon Bleu pizza is also tasty!
