Took half an hour for some wings lol jus to start our appetizer , then when the actually meal came threw my steak cause its was too hot ? Like cmon put a towel under your hand to carry it then or don’t at all , and to make it better found a piece of hair in my Mac And cheese and the waiter tried to play it out like he didn’t see so I had to physically show him Service Dine in Meal type Dinner

Had an amazing experience. Stopped at Millers in deer park for a quick bite to eat and a drink. Pam was very attentive, greeted us right away, and served us right away. Never was an awkward wait. She was always right there when we needed her. Extremely friendly! Atmosphere was great, and so was the food! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

It's a fun place to go to have some drinks. They have many televisions with various sports on, since this is a Sports Bar. There are wooden booths to sit at to have dinner or lunch. They are most famous for their good chicken wings! I like some of the food and the dips and chips. They have vegetarian choices too. I'm not a fan of some of the chicken sandwiches because it seems to be nuked & I can't find the cheese on it. The fried shrimp basket is good. Nice atmosphere! Big roomy place. This is a pretty decent find. Been here twice in 1 month since it was so nice we did it twice!!! Clean, very welcoming atmosphere. Really tasty food and nice array. The calamari is the best I've had in my life thus far. Burgers and Cajun chicken pasta is fantastic.... you can taste its well prepared with love. Our server was helpful with our concern, and corrected the issues. This note is for management's attention. If you are serving Kraft Mac and cheese, be aware that parents are super familiar with what this product looks like when it's prepared fresh and correctly, versus hours before and then reheated. We were disappointed to initially be served very dry Mac and cheese, with dry chunky "sauce" and stale french fries. I make this regularly at home, so I'm confident that the portion was about half a box; probably served the other half much earlier and reheated for us, especially because it came out so quickly. We were very glad when the server took these items back and brought us new ones that were very fresh. It's a shame that customers have to ask to be served fresh food. Not sure we will go back, but again, the server was agreeable and apologetic, so if this issue occurs I'm confident the staff will respond appropriately. It's concerning when poor kitchen standards are so obvious, especially when it's not a particularly busy time at the restaurant. Granted, I was not expecting fine dining, but for such a high mark up on a cheap and easy kids meal, make it to serve. My hope is management increases supervision in the kitchen. DISGUSTING can't believe this is what it has come down to. What is wrong with millers and downsizing the size of their zingers. Who are they saving them for. This is what I got from a millers mountain melt. The zingers are literally smaller than the fries had to stop and take a pic in disbelief. Not only do they give you a 2 ounce cup of ranch for the fries like what the hell. At least when you sit down to eat you get a 4 ounce cup and can always get a 2nd one. Is this really 15.99 plus tax. I'm not one to complain unless things get horrendously terrible, and they have. I remember zingers being bigger and as long as my hand. And I don't want to hear it cause I've heard all the lame excuses in the past from management directly. 1st it was we have different sizes small ones for the mountain melt and large ones for zingers alone plate. I always got zingers alone with sauce on side and was told sorry we gave you wrong zingers with your order of zingers alone. 2nd time I had a problem was told that there is only one size zinger they use for anything zingers related. And was told that this is their only zingers size now. If I had not ordered a salad with my mountain today, I would be starving by now. We have sat down and ordered millers to go a plenty. My wife loves the zingers, their chicken flavor is unique she says. But even she agrees that it's nonsense the size zingers they give out and how they have shrunken. Like it feels like they are trying to jip you, but for who??? I hear this everytime I order. "They jiped you on the zingers" like what are they doing with them what are they doing to them? Like who, what, where, when, why is going on here?.. I'm afraid one day im going be sitting next to my wife and she is going to choke on a zinger because they have become popcorn chicken sized. What they hey man, this is so incredibly upsetting Millers Ale House. I miss the good old days where portions were never a problem. I'm tired of the im sorry or excuses I know I can't be the only one who has a problem with what they have done to the zingers. Excellent service. Steven was the best waiter we have ever had at this location. He was very attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. Always checking on us to see if we needed anything. Highly recommend him and this restaurant. Do not I repeat do not order food to go from this establishment. Not only was my food missing but I was called a liar by the staff and managers here. I’m not sure what type of business they are running here. Please avoid the hassle and rude accusations from management and do not order from this place either in person or on apps like Uber. Great place for burgers, salads, drinks. I usually get a regular burger or the black bean veggie burger. Their salads are huge. Spinach dip is so good. Prices are AMAZING. When everything is so expensive, it’s nice to go to a place with good food and great service for a decent price ! So far everything I have had on the menu was very good. The bartenders are so nice in the patio bar. Love that the windows open for summer and fall. Been going here a few years. Open another one out East !
