A horrible experience I had to wait too long and on top of that I ordered my steak medium and they gave it to me twice well done then the manager came who I couldn't see her name properly and she didn't try to find a solution to the problem I really didn't I plan to return to this location, this place definitely does not care about the customer's experience. The waitress was not paying attention to see what we were missing or if we were okay. In short, this is my first and last time in this place. I hope you take this review into consideration. I was a waiter for many years and they really did nothing to make our experience good and the fact that the manager came to the table and did not look for a solution or interest in my situation leaves a lot to say. The food was good but a bit on the pricey side. I had tried a Miller's Alehouse in Clermont that seemed to have a larger selection on the menu. The restaurant is in need of new decor, the booth seats were like sitting on bare wood. The waitress was nice and it didn't take too long for the meal to come out. Ribs were good and the pork Osso Buco was fantastic. The highlight of the evening was the donuts with hot fudge and caramel dips. The hostess and our waiter were on point and attentive. They even recognized us as first timers! We will be picking up some more donuts on the wait back to the hotel after our meal out the next night! The food is always so good. Especially their Mountain Melt Zingers and their pitcher Margarita 🥰. Our server Shantie was the best server I have ever came across in that place. She knew exactly how to interact with my kids, made them feel welcome. We didn't feel ignored, she always made sure we were good with everything. I absolutely LOVED her and her service. I really would like to say that Liv and Halla were incredible!! I swear that there is no others that can provide the kind of hospitality service that they did. More to the point they were extremely personable and made me feel at home. I won’t even dare spend another dime at any other establishment!! This is my spot for life !! Matter of fact I will budget my life and check around these wonderful women who provide excellent service!! This is a real post and review so please go see for yourself!
