I love it here. My wife and I stop for sandwiches on occasion and sometimes she gets the Pho. The lady taking your order always has a smile on her face and is glad to see you. Today I got the tuna melt with fries and the sandwich was perfect, fries were crispy and hot. I am never dissatisfied with their food or hospitality. I love this place. Whenever we stop in Eden Prairie to go to the mall, I make sure to get a Bacon Cheeseburger and Cheese Curds from the nice Vietnamese couple that runs the restaurant. I love how she always gives my dad flak when he doesn't eat her cooking! I recommend this spot to anyone looking for something to eat in the Food Court.
