I went in the drive thru and I was given the wrong food. I looked in the bag and saw the tartar sauce so I thought it was right. I drove fifteen minutes home and I got inside and realized it was the wrong food. I called Mega and I was told my order was still sitting there waiting for me and I said it would be fifteen minutes before I would make it back so that food would be sitting for fifteen minutes and it was there mistake and I wanted fresh hot food. I got there and I told her I ordered the fish with extra crispy fries. I waited 10 minutes for my food, while waiting the waitress asks me what dipping sauce I want with my chicken strips and I again explained I wanted fish with extra crispy fries. At least they got the fish right in the end but the fries were not cooked right. The lettuce was wilted and the staff was cold behaved like I did something wrong! The food was exactly delicious and definitely what I have learned to expect from a coney; the servings were larger than a five-star making my tummy and wallet happy! I love to be served at a restaurant just the way I would be at home. Service is always wonderful! Our first time at this restaurant. As good has any Coney Island we've been to, very large selection and prompt friendly service despite being pretty busy at the time. We were rather large party and everyone seemed happy with their order, including the helpings we're pretty substantial. They even have three different kinds of conies! The food was pretty tasty, they added bacon, tomato and lettuce to my uncle’s patty melt which was weird but not bad. The servers were lovely and attentive. The worst part of the whole experience was the lady running the cash register. She was loud, rude to her staff, very condescending to the servers. Her behavior alone is why I will never come back to this restaurant. Leo’s or any other coney will get my business from now own. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1
