I agree with most people here, the MCD is not up to standards. Especially the hygiene could be a lot better. Toilets look like the haven't been cleaned for multiple days. Also, the kiosk did not give me the option for table service. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Worst McDonald i have every been to in Sweden, Customer service is terrible, orders always wrong even when there is no rush, cleanliness is 0/10 the place is very very dirty. The staff is terrible at their jobs. half the order machines are broken or don't work properly. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person kr 100–200

Can stopby for quick bite. It was crowded when I visit but still got order fast. They were preparing quickly.. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Honestly the dirtiest McDonalds I have been to. Looked like it had not been cleaned in days, floors and chairs stained with old spilt coke, DRY lettuce on the floor (it obviously had long enough to fully dry out - showing the last time it had been cleaned)

McDonalds in Säffle was by far the dirtiest and most disorganized McDonalds I have ever seen. The bathrooms had not been cleaned at least for the last two days. The garbage bins outside were all overflowing badly and birds were having a feast on the leftovers. The walkway from the parking lot was very icy and slippery. It took at least 10 minutes to serve three ice creams. All this despite the fact that at least 15 persons were working at the time I was there (around 10.20).

Clean, organised and well maintained restaurant, with great service. Great staff with welcoming smile and very good guest handling. Very tasty and fresh warm food, with world's famous fries, Will recommend to all.
