My fiance came to place a drive through order. Ordered a Vanilla shake and when he got back to house, it had green slim at bottom of drink, 2 large fries missing from 2 ordered meals, with no ice in 2 large sweet tea. No ketchup or napkins. He went back to get our ordered fixed. The manager started arguing and said he was rude. All I got say is that Vanilla shake was for my Grandson. No one in their right mind would give that Vanilla shake to their Grandchildren!!! Let me tell you another thing, Screw McDonald's at this store 2626!!! You got ignorant managers and the food is Nasty! Don't worry, this is bye, bye!!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

A manager was in the restroom when I entered. There were 2 stalls, one she was in, the other had urine all over the seat and floor. When she exited I explained to her why I was not using that stall. She mumbled something and left. When i entered the stall she had been in it was as if a Tornado had hit. Feminine pad cover was in front of the toilet along with wads of toilet paper. She had yo step on and over these to use the restroom. There were no other customers at yhe time so no excuse to not get it cleaned up. Worst experience I've ever had at a McDonald's. Waited 25+ minutes for a Big Mac meal and a happy meal INSIDE. Drive through was 12+ cars deep and not moving. We didn't even get our drinks! Never returning to this location. Manager made no apologies and gave no explanation to the 10 of us waiting around for food. They had a play place so at least my kid was entertained... I’m a shamrock shake enthusiast and was wildly unimpressed by the state of this locations shamrock shake. I started my shammy season here as in the past they provided high quaility leprechaun juice. But as of the recent 2024 shammy season I have been served no leprechaun juice only vanilla ice cream. Would not recommend for your 2024 shammy season Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We was in line for almost 30 minutes. We got in line at 2pm & by the time we order our food it was 2:15. I look back n cars was hanging in the driveway 😧. We drive around the window and they have cars parked waiting for their food. I can tell you that the food was hot n it was put together. I've visited this location on two visits and both times it was the same story. Dining room was dirty, drink station was a wreck, and kiosks were out of paper. The kiosk promised table service I grabbed a number and waited 10 minutes at my table only to find my food had been sitting on the counter for 5 minutes getting cold. Food was typical McDonald's fare however on a previous visit management got out order wrong...a long with another party that was with us. Management needs to step it up. The store manager Lori is the most disgusting disrespectful manager I have ever met she is nasty and rude to the employees and to the customers she gave me a dirty look and rolled her eyes at me when I wanted to order food it took her ten minutes while she was just texting on her phone lucky if I don’t come back and slap her for that nasty mouth and when she did come over to take my order she said rudely “what you want?” Nasty and disgusting Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

here’s a helpful tip-maybe y’all shouldn’t serve breakfast on the app and make it to where nobody can order lunch on the app, and then tell people “we stopped serving breakfast” THIRTY MINUTES before breakfast actually ends, preventing people from getting the food they ordered. if you don’t want to make breakfast, maybe you shouldn’t work the morning shift! ;) Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
