Waited at them counter for 10 minutes, staff looked at me, spoke with other customers, but never acknowledge I was there and I'm saying it's for not other reason than I was the only Caucasian person in the store. I ordered 2 bundles through the app. Went to the drive thru, was given my receipt, and was asked to pull ahead to the designated parking spots. I waited 28 minutes and watched over 12 other cars pull through before going inside to check on the order. Once inside, I waited 6 more minutes to be waited on, and an additional 15 for my order to be filled. Total wait time of 49 minutes for 60 nuggets, 2 burgers, and 4 large fries. Upon leaving, we even discovered there were only 2 large fries and 2 medium in the bag. Zero customer service, did not get my order correct, and waited as long as it would've taken me to cook at home. 0/10, do not go here. I had an issue about an order and it was swiftly corrected. The managers I spoke with are extremely kind and offered me a refund, which I didn't necessarily expect to receive anything back. I just wanted to make the issue known so that no other customer has this issue in the future. The manager Destiny wanted to make sure all issues were handled and expressed that she wanted to start the year off right. They get orders mixed up VERY easily. It’s insane how many times I’ve gone here in the past year, and I have gotten mixed up orders more than getting my order correct. I usually notice it’s the wrong order and sort things out with them. They are usually kind and considerate when you order, but their mood does a 180 when you mention you got your order mixed up. This McDonald's is much more better than Northside drive one. For the most part my order is always right and fresh when I visit early mornings or afternoons no later than after 3pm. Placing a mobile order here is a hassle almost every time. They either don’t have all of your food and don’t want to give you what’s missing or complain that you weren’t there as soon as they called your order out and keep the food behind the counter. Rude customer service save for the few that are nice and try to help you get what you paid for. This mcdonalds was the worst I've been to so far, the service was horrible, I said thankyou to one of the employees three times, louder each time and he just ignored me, that's not even about service that's just common human decency, I ordered a large meal but they skimped heavily on the fries, and the burger meat was way overcooked and dry. They always seem to have a attitude every time I do mobile order for some reason. They took a long time getting my order of course. Food was cold and look like chewed and chopped up. Order a quarter pounder with cheese and guess what it came with no cheese. They messed with my burger looked like on purpose.... weird. With that being said I'm not going back.

This is for order 1623. Missing medium fries. Ordered 20 piece nuggets and got 10 piece. Ordered sweet tea got unsweetened and burger looks like it was dropped on the floor. I'm going to have to throw it in trash. I'm sending pictures. Meal type Lunch Price per person $20–30
