The attitudes of the staff at the North Sioux City location suck. They are rude, disrespectful and have zero customer service skills. There is an older woman who works the drive thru during the day who is awesome. She is nice, respectful, courteous, happy and she smiles. There is a young long haired gentleman who works the late night hours, he is awesome. Great customer service skills, respectful, courteous and he smiles! That's it! Went through the drive thru at 10 pm. Ordered $20 worth of food. Waited 15 min for hot fries, which came out soggy, and all 3 cheeseburgers were made incorrect. Came through lastnight and ordered $20 worth of food. My french fries in the meal were half full, cheeseburger was made with 2 bottom buns, and to top it off- my child's happy meal didn't have any fries at all! What a way to ruin a kids night. Tried calling multiple times with the phone off the hook. Won't go to this McDonald's again. Waste of money! I would no stars if I could. 2 managers working, one that couldn't be found and the other had a conversation with an employee that was not working but keeping everyone else from paying attention. Ordered inside from the kiosk, and somehow, our order got put in a few different orders that went to drive thur. We waited 33 minutes to get two plain burgers, 1 normal burger and one fountain soda, and a carmel frapachino which we never got . While we were there, they messed up 7 different drive thur orders. The fountain area was disgusting as well as the dining area. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Some people may think this is low, but even McDonald's knows that they aren't a 4 or 5 star place. That's not a slam. They are very good at what they do. It appeals to the masses. Obviously, the fries are kickass, but, for me, along with the fries, I have to get a QP w/cheese. With few exceptions, they rock! Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

The service was friendly, efficient, and quick. She was informative and helpful. The food was exactly what I ordered and what I expected. The dining room was clean and had lots of seating available. (I was there just after lunch rush.) As a traveler, it's nice to rely on certain things when I'm out of town, like McDonald's and the friendliness of Iowans.
