Both people at both drive thru windows were terrible and incapable of reading back the order or saying anything at all to me when handing out the food. The drinks were spilling out of the top when the employee handing them out to me with no regard for the mess it was making. Then when I returned home and opend the box to see the burger, it was the sorriest excuse for pretending to try to actually assemble it. The burger was smashed to pieces and laid half on the bun and half on the side of the box. Also they seemed to some how miss laying a piece of cheese on the burger. Not sure how you miss the burger. Without a doubt the most piss poor try at pretending to be making someone's food. I know it's not the most lavish job but have some pride and still try to do your job the right way. I took my two toddlers here for dinner a few weeks ago. They each got a happy meal and I got a cheeseburger, fries and drink. Everything was hot and fresh.
