So I only visited this location once, and that was for coffee, and it was a good cup before heading into Philly for work. I'm not into fast food chains, but their fries are also good. me and my boyfriend both ordered quarter pounder meals and they both came raw, so we told them and they offered to make us new ones. we got the new ones and they still came back raw. multiple times we told them and after the third time we just got our money back because they literally put a uncooked patty on the burger buns and called it a day. i will never eat here again!! They messed up my order this morning I ordered through the mobile app and picked up via drive thru they did put egg on my sausage egg McMuffin, and they only placed one hash brown in the bag when I had two breakfast sandwich meals it’s very frustrating to get home and notice this because I’m not driving back out and if I do once I pull off I know they are going to say they put it in the bag . I came to this location because Woodlyn keeps messing up my order I have to check the bag and Woodlyn still gets it wrong I guess no luck for me at either locations on the bright side the employees are always nice to me and their food is always cooked better than other McDonald’s location in my area Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

The drive-through was interesting 🤔 They had 3 windows you 😳 🤣 you paid at the first, the second one you were told to pickup your order at the 3rd window. We waited for someone to come to give us our order but no one showed up, we drove back around to the first window and the young lady came to the 3rd window with our order. We asked for an order of 1 thing of hotcakes for my daughter and they gave us 3 sets of hotcakes and random sandwiches we went back around immediately they told us we couldn’t give it back because they already took the money off our card and the fact we said 3 pancakes(which is what the hotcakes come in). As someone who used to work in fast food, the order should be read back to each customer when they hear it, so any miscommunications are cleared up before someone pays from something they didn’t ask for. Hope for a better experience next time!
