Food is good sometimes, and really bad sometimes, on curbside pickup , they never give u napkins , when the food is greasy and it is sometimes , you need napkins.

Asked for extra of the Wc sauce and got a mystery sauce concoction of who knows what in a portion cup. This place has been slipping ever since McBrunner left. My food was also definitely messed with worst chicken McNuggets I’ve ever ate!

I have long been a McDonald's fan, since I managed for them in the 70s. However, when I recently went through drive through and found that the cost of a Big Mac and Large fries was over $11 , I decide they priced me out. I can go to a local diner which makes handmade burgers, throw in the fries and a cup of refillable coffee for just about the same price. McDs isn't for frugal people anymore.

I normally have no problem with my order. Always get a breakfast bagel sandwich. Today they messed up my order and I took it back inside. I watched them scrape the onions off my sandwich. I have a severe onion allergy and was already running late for work. A food mess up does not mean to scrape off whatever shouldn't be on. ESPECIALLY with an allergy involved and I stated this. This is carelessness and I cannot return after this.
Update: I gave them another chance and they did it again. I got 2 bagel sandwiches, only steak and cheese. The wrappers and the bag both say no onions. Yet both sandwiches are: steak cheese and onions

Waited 20 mins before even getting to order in the drive thru, ordered double cheeseburgers and due to having a bad reaction to onions I specified they be plain. I then asked for ketchup on the burgers and the employee proceeded to argue with me that I didn’t want them plain and how I should word my order next time. After another 20 mins of waiting to pay, I receive my food to discover it covered with onions. I drove back around to the window to express my frustrations and the manager proceeded to try and justify to mistake that it’s a new burger they have that comes pre cooked with onions. Very upset with this location and will not be returning

Checked in for curbside. Got a notification saying my food was being brought to the curbside I checked into. 10 minutes later I’m still waiting. Called in, get hung up on. Called back in, the man argued with me that the order never came in, I didn’t do it. I tried to explain my end, he kept arguing. I told him what my order was, the order number. And he hung up on me AGAIN. a minute later out walks a woman with my order. I made a comment about how for not getting my order it came out rather quickly. She then also argued with me that I was wrong, they’d just made the order (how did you JUST make a special order with requests based on allergies, in less than a minute to bring out to me?) she was so argumentative, and eventually just cut me off mid sentence saying have a good day and walked away. Absolutely wild to have this experience. Can’t say I’ll be rushing to come back here.

One of the worst experiences at any restaurant I had. Customers were yelling at employees the employees yelling back. All the tables were a mess and needed wiped off. There was no hand sanitizer by the screens to take your order. The fountain soda area was a mess. We got my kid a mcflury when we left. The employee dropped it on the floor picked it up and handed it to us. I'd recommend any place but this one.

Perfect cheap meal option nearby if you're staying at one of the Hershey properties.. The food was well-cooked. The restaurant was clean and updated and we were nerding out over the ketchup dispensers. They're hard to come by these days.

Food was delivered to our table quickly by a very sweet woman. Was happily surprised by the staff. Blonde lady with the piercing was great! Wheelchair accessible as well.

What I ask for is simple, comes out very sloppy, how does anyone feel ok sending this to a customer? I wanted a burger with condiments, not a mess I could finger paint with. Would be nice if they salted the fries also. Whoever was working the drive through greeted me at the speaker by only saying "what would you like." Really disappointing.
