We pulled up to the window pulling a 25' travel trailer and the teen who was taking orders would not take our order because we missed the microphone pull up marquis. He wanted us to drive all the way around pulling our trailer and reorder at the microphone. Instead of working with us he slammed the window in our face right in the middle of a sentence. My family and I stopped to get gas and lunch. The employee at the front register, wearing posable a manager shirt with blue hair, was the most rudest worker I have met in the longest time. I tried to give her a smile of understanding because I, too, worked in a restaurant and had bad days. That being said, she did not even try to have good customer service or try to be helpful with using the app when we tried giving her the number to the coupon code. With a very sharp voice, with no eye contact, he told us to scan the code. NOT SEEING WHERE TO SCAN. SHE ROLLS HER EYES AND SAID SCAN AND POINTED TO THIS BLACK BOX. In our defense, there was nothing labeled. We ended up paying, and she didn't say thank you or have a great day. Just looked past us and had the meanest look on her face. A bare minimum restaurant, probably cause it's attached to a loves gas station. Good service too. I got a diet coke with our meal and it tasted flat. So I ask the guy in charge if I could replace it for coffee instead and he was very pleased to honor my request without an attitude. It's very convenient to have this in the has station! We stopped to fill up our rv and grabbed some lunch. We ordered from the kiosk. I love this feature. But our order came out wrong. I took it up to get it fixed. Still came back wrong. I left. Paying now almost $10 or more a meal, I just expect the food to be right the first time. Manager was extremely rude. She threw our food into the bag. We asked for condiments and she thre them in the bag threw pur bags at us then slammed the window shut... im very upset with how the manager of the establishment treated us.... they weren't even busy... very unfortunate...
