my daughter had a friend spend the night last, they wanted McDonald's this morning, so we go. we order our food two six piece chicken nuggets two value fry, McDouble & value fry my , oldest daughter wanted a Big Mac meal, total was $40? I asked the girl at the window why so high," or if it would save me few bucks to make it a kids meal?. she just stared at me, proceeded to shut the order window, turn around and talk to a girl preparing drinks. That girl persisted in hand throw / toss my kids' drinks in my hand as to act like this was an accident, as they hit the ground, then got mad like it was my fault. She told me to pull forward stormed away. I dont understand what the management is teaching their staff, but wow, they need to learn some customer service and respect . not to get mad if someone asks a question about price or ? Asking a question on how to save a couple of bucks seems normal. People don't like to say anything due to being a small town, but rude service, for asking a question is uncalled for, We do not go there very much as it is, lately its nothing more than a high priced visit.
