Had to wait 10 minutes for french fries, then they brought out the wrong order. Had to remake the whole order. Had to wait another 15 minutes. Big Mac was falling apart, bun was soggy, fries were WAY to salty, they used to be my favorite thing there, but they were mostly soggy too, not the normal for sure. Orders are hardly ever right, rude customer service, especially at the drive thru window and they never answer their phones...water down coffee full of coffee grounds on bottom. What happened to this place, it used to be great. Headquarters needs to check this place and get it back to good food, good customer service...maybe wrong people working there, you have to care of what you do if not it's giving McDonald's a bad reputation.
