I like to stop at least once a week and get a Carmel frappe on my way to work and the last 3 times, they’re in the middle of cleaning the machine at 7:30 in the morning. It’s frustrating when the morning is prime coffee time and they’re cleaning something that probably should’ve been cleaned the night before so it’s ready for the morning shift. They’ll always get me something different but I’d really like to just get what I originally paid for. Service: 5

I DESPISE THIS MCDONALD'S. I have been going to the Harrah location for months. They get slower every morning. SLOTH LIKE SLOWNESS!!!! The 'atmosphere' feels like a trap for each individual store when you are rating fast food chains. Unfortunately, ALL McDs look like industrial plant snack counters. But I am just speaking to this individual stores. Efforts on this order, period. It was a large order, so we got parked to wait for Chicken Mc Nuggets. Trulthfully, the wait wasn't very long... maybe 2 minutes. The employee's were all very gracious & apologetic. The Mc Nuggets, Cheeseburgers and Fries were all hot and fresh. Probably one of the nicest, most efficient McDonald's I have ever been in, staff is courteous, food was made fast, was hot when it got to the table, store is clean, staff all working fast and efficiently. This McDonald's on I-240 and choctaw rd is the worst place you can order from. It's supposed to be fast for but when you have to wait a minimum of 30min everytime or longer yo get food and that's if they don't screw it up 90% of the time. Staff was great, building was clean. We have made the decision that we will no longer pay for the sorry excuse that gets claimed as food. When the pickle slice is thicker than the meat patty its clear McDonald's gave up on quality food and just want to make money any way they can. Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Placed an online order at 10:13am got there by 10:18 and waited in line with only 2 cars in front of me and got to the window by 10:30 and they refused to make me breakfast even though I placed the order online through the app and accepted my money at 10:30. This McDonald’s is absolutely ridiculous for the manager to be there and agree with not giving me breakfast even though I placed the order at 10:13. my daughter went to pick up some food, and they forgot 2 dbl ch/burgers! i called up there and talked to a real nice lady and they made it right and were very helpful! the staff there were very sweet and caring! and the mrg even came outside to see our fur baby and said sorry to our fur babies for forgetting their yum yum burgers! ❤️ thank you for your kind words and taking care of our food order! The fries were hot and amazing. Figures that when got home the double quarter pounder had the bottom bun missing? This is crazy! Please watch what you are doing in the kitchen.
